Bottle sample at the Redlight stand, Florida Beer Guild Fest 2018. Anno 2011 on the bottle.

750 ml bottle. Pours a cloudy orange color with a large white head. Wasn’t explosive. Interesting brew, floral and herbal, I don’t know what tamarind is like really, and the sage was subdued, but generally sourness, funk and lemon zest. Brett. Interesting.

Bottle from Knightly Spirits. Big gusher! Half a twist on the cage and the cork shot out with the cage on it. Pours Earthy and herbal aromas with some medicinal notes. Burnt rubber, band-aid and herbal flavors with some earthiness. Light to medium body with lively carbonation. Not very good. Quite disappointing. Based on other reviews it looks like I may have had a bad bottle.

On tap at Churchkey during CBC week. Pours a hazy orange with some cloudy white head. Nose is big and spicy, sugary, ginger, perfume, sarsaparilla. Flavor is sweet, root veg, ginger, coriander, candy sugar, a little paint. Full bodied, medicinal finish.

750ml bottle @RLRL-thin white-cloudy yellow. A-medicinal, lt malt. T-medicinal, burnt rubber, lt/med malt. Must be a different bottle than some of the others got their pour from.
