375mL bottle, undated, drunk 9/29/23. Peaflower, clear. All mint in the nose. Low sugar. Maybe it's all the robust fermentation character? Maybe a mix of ginger skin? Not sure, but it's minty. In the mouth it's wildly different. Sweet, not too much so. Not syrupy, soft though with lightly spicy, tasteful ginger and fruity, nutty notes. Hard to nail down a house character. Would definitely try more from them. No booze noted.

Bottle shared at Your Old Droog Cellar Blast. Pours a dark purple with some bubbles. Ginger on the nose and light herbal notes. More ginger on the palate with honey underneath. A bit uninspiring from what I'm used to with Garagiste.

Bottle pours out a awsome purple color. Nose is ginger honey sweetness very herbal. Taste is big ginger forward herbal.

Draft @ Garagiste taproom. Couleur violette, huileux au verre. Arôme est marqué de suite par les effluves de gingembre, retrouve un rétro de citron vert et de coriandre, le tout accompagné par le cloying du miel, assez plaisant. Palais est épais, huileux et cloying pas mal de notes de miel, le tout est réchauffant au niveau de l'alcool, le tout rappel l'effet de sauce de plats Thaï et curry vert. Cependant, il est à noter que le gingembre est très dominant et couvre, malheureusement, un peu le tout.
