"Wiśniak" is a mead produced from fruit harvested from an old cherry variety, not cultivated industrially.
"Jagodziak" is a mead made of blueberry fruits collected from the undergrowth.
Whereas "Czeremszak" is a mead produced from the fruits of bird cherry, from wild growing shrubs.
In addition, the flavor is given by the fact that these are honeys created in a small, limited amount.

Vintage 2015. Ceramic Bottle. Poured into orginal ceramic glass from Pasieka Maciej Jaros in Lazisko (near Tomaszow Mazowiecki). Alez fajowy mid, jaki dziki, jagody, borowki nawet czarne porzeczki i wegierki sie czulo. Jest tu mega lesne, profil miodu pitnego z przepyszna jagodowa wstawka, jak ze czuc tu te naturalnosc, umiarkowanie słodkie, lekko kwaskowe, przyjemne Doskonale skomponowane, barwa sliwkowo-bursztynowa.

Bouteille 75cl, de Varsovie. Cuivrée, doré au verre et huileux. Arôme mielleux avec très bel efft caramélisé, rétro de baies bleues - genévrier? Palais est mielleux, cloying, épais avec effet mielleux biologique renforcer par un effet de baies rappelant le genévrier et herbes sauvages. Palais est épais avec une fin laissant de fines notes presque surettes venant du fruité/baies.
