We took over and under-carbonated bottles of STARGATE: Peach Rye Whiskey and opened them into a tank with an additional amount of peaches to referment and age. This second fruiting brought the total amount of peaches to over 6lbs/gallon. We're confident this will be the most peach-forward beer you have ever had. It is both insane and delicious.

Bottle shared. Thanks Sam! Pours a clearish gold with small bit of white foam that dissipates. Lots of tart peach in the nose with oak and tart lemon aromas. More peach and oak on the palate. Crushable, but a bit more acidic than I like. Good peach flavor though throughout. Lingering peach and peach stone dryness on the finish with lingering acidity.

Bottle. Pours hazy golden, medium kinda fizzy off-white head, dissipates to next to nothing. Aroma is under-ripe peach, hints of acetone. Flavor is fairly tart, sharp, under-ripe peach notes, skins, hints of sulphur, acetone. Medium body, biting finish.

Bouteille 75cl @ Annual Tilquin Enthusiasts Admin tasting, merci Rich. Someone say Tilquin²? Bottled 01-31-2017.
