Nectar imprisoned in a bottle. An anything-but-delicate blend of sharp hoppiness and fruity aroma, this beer is a life-changing backyard knife-fight for your palate. Fermented with a volcano-like Belgian yeast strain called “El Diablo,” Raging Bitch earned its polarizing name from the aggressively active nature of the yeast - unleashed, untamed, unbridled...and in heat.

Pours clear amber with a mid sized head. Aroma is herbal hops and cookie dough. Flavour is herbal hops, fresh leafs, pine needles and Begian yeast. Pretty good! Perhaps a bit off balance.

I have found this bottle from the casino, Evian. Enjoying this bottle on monday at home, on the balcony, during the dinner, relax, a bit too boozy with this hot weather, sweet for an ipa but it is a Belgisn version, malty, sugar, decent touch of hop, 17.06.22, at Epalinges

Bottle pours opaque amber with thick tan foam rising above the top of the glass. Creamy mouthfeel with complex flavors… something like orange rind spiced with a peppery bitterness. Enjoyed this, very nice IPA.

Draught. Poured a reddish brown with mild head. Strong and hoppy as promised. Actually it overpowered a bit, not as balanced as I would like.

Tap at Hopaholic. Deep copper, thin white head. This is a good West Coast IPA with a decetn fruity-yeasty touch to it. Long bitter finish, light to medium body.

Pours a clear dark golden with a white head. Complex and interesting aroma of tropical fruits, citrus, banana, pine, malt, yeast, bubblegum, and hops. Flavour is light to moderate sweet with a hoppy medium bitter finish. Body is medium to full. This is quite a lovely well-rounded brew. *** Re-rate after many years: Less fruity than I remember, rather sticky resinous with malt and bubblegum hops.

Bottiglia.
