Draft. A hazy golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of hops, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and caramel, leading to a bitter finish.

500 ml bottle, batch #972, probably from SPAR Jørpeland. ABV is 4.5%. Deep golden to orange colour, low white head. The aroma has sweetish notes of crystal malt, citrus and tropical fruits, also hints of pine and spruce. Smooth mouthfeel. The flavour is mid between dry and sweet, again with citrus and hints of tropical fruits, piney hops in the finish. Well balanced and enjoyable. Will buy again.

Draft sample @ Haand fest ’16, Drammen. Shared with the Norwegian tasting crew. Dorée, fin blanc-cassé. Arôme au nez malté, grains concassés, pointe houblonné en rétro avec une prépondérance levure qui reste présente. Palais au profil assez orienté grains, épais avec une fine note d’amertume virant un peu sur l’épicé. Le tout reste un peu trop centré sur la levure surtout en fin de bouche avec un effet malté qui renforce cette impression au désavantage des houblons.

Fra kran på Haand Ølfestival 29 Mai 15. Delt med Rune. Gyldenbrun. Nesten ikke skum. Forsiktig sukkertøyaroma. Smaken aprikos & gir mersmak. Svakt syrlig. Leskende.

Bottle 50 cl. Amber, hazy with a minimal white head. Aroma of hops, malt and grapefruit. Light sweet, light bitter with a grapefruit end.

Haand Ølfestival 2015. Deep golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, citrus, caramel. Flavour is fruit, malt, hop, citrus, caramel, floral, pine. Easy drinkable nice beer.

Flaske 0,5 l. Gylden nesten klar med hvitt skum. Frisk sitrus og humle, godt balansert med passe bitterhet, en av de bedre i buttikkklassen.
