75cl bottle from Whole Foods Kensington, shared with Soph in Kensington Gardens on a hot, sunny May afternoon. Pours pale gold, spritzy carbonation. Fairly rich, sweet perry pear character compared to standard normal-priced poirés, tart fruit, drying finish. Comes across like a perry-flavoured crémant. Decent.

Bottle, courtesy of DerA. Pours clear shiny yellow. Aroma is strong pear, even the peel. Body is heavy, but not too strong, just intense pear. Low bit lively carbonation. Juicy and even a bit oily. Sweet palate. Good!

Bottle 750ml. corked, shared by SinH4 @ BAF 2017 [ Borefts After Festival: BAF! ] @ Brouwerij Kaapse, Veerlaan 19-D, Rotterdam, Netherlands 3072 AN. [ As Bordelet Poiré Authentique ].Clear light to medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy pear, wood, light vanilla. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart pear, sweet pear, wood, dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to lively, but look is soft to flat. Bottle. Pours clear straw, medium white fizzy head that dissipates quickly and leaves little trace. Aroma is pears, apple, lemon zest. Flavor is medium sweet pears and apples. Medium body, spritzy mouthfeel. Decent.

Sampled from bottle, shared @ BAF 2017, thanks! Clear pale yellow color. White head. Aroma's: pear, fruity, sweet&sour. Retronasal it's pear, sourish, fruity. Flavor is pear-sweet and moderate sour. Light bodied. Slightly dry finish. Nice!

Bottle. Clear yellow-ish color with white head. Aroma is pears, phenolic, funky. Taste is phenolic pear, funky, tannic, sweet with a touch of apples and overripe fruits in fermentation. High carbonation. Absolutely lovely!

Bottle shared thanks to RB crew! Bright very pale straw with fizzy but lasting white head. Sweet and sour pear, very bright pear juice and light skins, soft lemon, sweet pear candy. Medium sweet and sour, almost no bitterness. Light bodied with sparkly carbonation. Lovely.

Bottle shared at Gremlin 2nd anniversary. Thanks Davido! Lovely mead-like floral, honey forward nose with sweet pear and some light tartness as it warms. Very honey-like in texture, nectar even, with a slightly sticky mouthfeel. I like the way it coats the glass. Light tartness with well-rounded sweetness. A nice ride and my first highly rated perry.
