Bottle poured. Pours a cola black with a high active tan fuzz head. Aroma is slightly metallic, with some tart fruit and hints of whiskey. High carb, lighter than expected flavor to it. Modest sour fruit flavor. Not as stout like as I expected but still a fun, very tasty sour. Tastes sub double digits for sure. Very nice.

Bottle. Pours black tan head. Nose/taste of whiskey, oak, vanilla, farmhouse yeast, caramel and sweet chocolate - medium body.

Bottle courtesy of Ruben and shared with the Shape crew. Bottle # 3009/4320. Brune foncée, col fin café au lait, doré au verre. Arôme au bouquet fort plaisant de café, grillé sec, note de barrique arrive en retrait avec des notes de toffee et un léger côté whisky. Palais est malté, caramel, chocolaté, fini café pointe aigrelette venant de la barrique ou levure? le tout offre une fine douceur vanillée et un léger réchauffement du whisky.

Bottle. Pours black with a dark yellowish brown head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of whiskey with some sweet dark grains, toffee and a touch of roasted malts. Flavor has more of a tart red fruit note that clashes with the sweet dark grains, whiskey and toffee.
