Bottle courtesy of Steven and shared with the Shape crew. Orangée, col blanc épais diminuant rapidement. Arôme au bouquet rustique, note de barrique, de brett, léger bouquet pimenté avec un houblonné restant assez discret. Première pour moi ce houblon Azacca. Palais est malté, pâle cara, brett et lacto pour un léger funk. Retrouve cependant un agréable profil boisé et barrique avec une impression de Chardonnay. Petite note épicée en fin de bouche, possible ajout de piment? Je manque un peu de voir le côté houblonné.

Bottle. Pours yellow gold white head. Nose/taste of wine, lemongrass, oak, green onion, citrus - Medium body.

Bottle thanks to Bruce. Pours a cloudy gold with medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is funk and citrus. Thin mouthfeel, juicy, oak, funk, lemon zest, tart finish, really enjoyed this.

Bottle - Bright tart citrus peel. Cloudy gold with a nice white head. Tart, grass, lemon, chalky and some sweetness with a dry acidic finish.
