Bottle. Pours a clear golden color with no head. Has a fruity spicy honey maple woody vanilla aroma. Sweetish spicy woody bourbon, honey, maple and vanilla flavor. Has a sweetish spicy woody bourbon maple honey and vanilla finish.

Draft @ CCB Cider & Mead. Dorée-orangée, huileux au verre. Arôme au bouquet prenant, cloying bien mielleux, note fine de noisette et une fine note de vanille boisée en rétro. Palais est mielleux, farineux laissant cette touche caramélisée et presque de noisette. Bourbon reste modéré et plus de contact n’aurait pas vraiment fait de tord. Léger fruité résiduel, solide mais on n’est pas proche de la complexité polonaise.
