5oz draft @ Angry Chair. Rougeâtre, col fin blanc. Arôme est fruité, note de cerise, peu fleuri et terreux, rétro légèrement aigre mais marqué. Palais est aigrelet, le tout assez sec, note de cerise un peu poudreux et un petit rappel de framboise. Lactique restant ok.

A reddish brown ale with almost no head. In aroma, nice fruity caramel malt with light tartness, light woody notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice tart beer with light lactic notes, faint buttery notes, grapeskin notes, tart and refreshing. On tap at brewery.
