Bottle. Pours a hazy bright peach with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy hay, funk and grass with a decent amount citrus supporting. Flavor as sweet grains and hay up front with yeast and a combination of earthy and sweet citrus towards the finish.

Bottle thanks to Rainer. Pours a cloudy orange with medium off white head that lasts. The aroma is yeast, funk, citrus. Medium mouth, citrus, wheat, funky, lingering dryness, not much going on with this one.

Bottle @ Saturday night tasting - The Stein & Vine. Why always the brett, can"t go with a more fwd Belgian yeast?
