Draft @ Coppertail. Léger orangé, col fin blanc-cassé. Arôme au bouquet prononcé de houblon, herbacé, plein de pin, petit rétro agrumes. Touche de notes un peu bizarre déjà vu avant de fromage-levure? et un bouquet houblonné renfermé. Palais houblonné amer très plaisant rappelant un côté thé vert mais au fini fruité et herbacé. Note de pin (warrior/centennial?) agrumes avec une impression de feuilles bouilles.

A golden ipa with a thin creamy white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with smooth floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice fruity biscuit malt with loads of funky piney and catty floral hops, light sulfur, Nelson Sauvin hop, grapeskin, nice and complex. On tap at brewery.
