B1. Zapach moze niezbyt intensywne, ale bardzo takie eleganckie, ciemne owoce z hintem czekolady, w uscie b pelne, lepkie, gladkie, zlozone, poukladane. Smak > aromat. 4.3

Big thanks to my friends Ben and Ryan for all the good times that led to this terrific beer. Now if we can just get Joe to arm wrestle one more time.... Cheers!
750mL bottle, with incredible artwork on the label, pours with a deep murky mohagony colored body that had virtually no head to support at all. The aroma offers up smooth rich malts, brown sugar stewed prunes, coconut, some booze and then some dates. That works. The taste delivers rich smooth nectar sweet malts and molasses blended seamlessly into a modest soft layer of booze and coconut. Wow to midway it picks up prunes, stewed dates and some faint oak barrel character. I love me some barleywine. Hell yeah!! Ben, you're a genius.

Bottle thanks to HOMER! Backlog. Pours clear mahogany, small beige head, dissipates quickly, decent lacing. Aroma is bourbon, cherries, prunes, oak, toffee. Flavor is fully sweet and light bitter. Full body, very much a sipper. Canβt read some of my damn notes so some details are lost here.

Bottle thanks to Adam. Pours a very dark brown with small beige head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is strong dark fruit, raisin and dates, brown sugar, bourbon. Medium body, syrup, brown sugar, bourbon, wood, very sweet, very good.
