On tap at Zwanze Amsterdam 2015. Hazy, golden yellow with a thin, white head. Sourish-fruity aroma of green apples, wood and gooseberry. Sourish-fruity taste of green apples, wood, some citrus. Short, tart finish. Thin body, spritzy and astringent mouthfeel. Not very complex but very tasty and refreshing.

Tap at Zwanze Amsterdam. Hazy golden with some big bubbles. Dry apple, light sour grapes and grains, light woody and funky, dry white wine. Light sweet and very light dry bitter finish. Under medium bodied with very light carbonation. Quite nice!

Draft sample @ Oersoep Bierfest 2015, Nijmegen, Stomm bar. Dorée toruble paille, col fin blanc. Arôme offre un bouquet assez aigrelet avec un rétro indiquant clairement le côté pomme. Je trouve très peu en terre de houblonnage à cru. Palais est aigrelet prenant aux dents, râpeux avec un clair profil de pomme, le tout est âcre avec un côté levure rappelant plus une bière belge. Le profil de la pomme est là, mais je ne pense pas que la bière en profite de trop, et garder le tout comme cidre aurait certainement été plus judicieux. Les houblons me sont restés absent, du moins je n’en ai pas vraiment détectés. Peut-être juste en sécheresse?

Draught @ [ Borefts After Festival 2014 ] @ Kaapse Brouwers, Veerlaan 19-D, Rotterdam, Netherlands 3072 AN. [ As Oersoep Pomme Bruxelles ].Hazy - murky matt medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, horse blanket, barnyard, apple, sweet apples, sour apples. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, tart apples, barnyard. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20140928]

[9/28/14] Draught sample at Borefts After Festival 2014 in Rotterdam. Cloudy yellow. Lovely aroma, funky and fruity, with barnyard (some manure) and some cider. Sourish flavor, fruity, with citrus, apples, nice barnyard funk and a woody touch. Light to medium-bodied. Very good and refreshing.
