Coffee Nelson Belgian Blonde, 13°Blg

Czwórka to kolejne nawiązanie do belgijskich tradycji piwnych, tym razem wybraliśmy jasne piwo jakim jest blonde. Lubimy eksperymentować także prócz uwarzenia lżejszej wersji niż tradycyjne blondy postanowiliśmy dodać kawę oraz chmiel z Nowej Zelandii – nelson sauvin.
I tak czwórka to uderzający aromat kawy a w tle białe winogrona i słodki agrest. Jasne, z białą pianą i wysokim wysyceniem, które sprawia, że finisz jest wytrawny. W smaku delikatna słodowość, kawa oraz przyprawowość pochodząca od belgijskich drożdży.

Chmiele: Tomahawk, Saaz, Nelson Sauvin

Another beer – another marriage of Belgian classics with some new-school. This time we’ve chosen blonde. We like experiments so we’ve added some… coffee! And hops from New Zealand (Nelson Sauvin). Great coffee aroma, and some grapes and gooseberry in the background. Pale, with white head and quite high saturation, which makes this beer extremely dry. A little bit of maltiness in the taste, but also some coffee (we’ve added the bunch of it!) and some spiciness from the Belgian yeast.
