It’s low in alcohol but full of flavor. Fresh and sour, with some salty hints too. We added lime, lemon and orange peel along with Citra hops to give this beer its quirky character. Like all our beers, it’s a different take on a familiar formula.

Kolor słomkowo żółty z mgiełką. Piana biała, zbudowana z drobnych pęcherzyków, tworzy wysoką, zwartą i trwałą konstrukcję. Nie pozostawia śladów na szkle.
Aromat kwaskowy, soczysty, cytrynowy, z nutami landrynek i lub kwaśnych owocowych żelków. W tle akcenty słodowe.
Smak kwaśny cytrynowy z dość wyraźna nutą słoną. Na finiszu delikatna goryczka zestowa.
Wysycenie średnie. Ciało średnie. Tekstura dość kładka. Posmak długi słony i kwaśny jednocześnie.

Tap in the taproom. My knowledge about sours equals zero, but I sorta liked this one, it was refreshingly tart and fruity, with a definite but not overwhelming salty finish.

Aroma of fruits, citrus, lemon, grapefruit, lime, some salt, hoppy notes. Flavour is moderate sour and a little salty. Wow, very refreshing and tasty. Quite a nice Gose.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Hazy blonde colored brew with an slightly tangy taste, lot of hints grapefruits and green limes. But this beer have some "Mexican drink"over it.

On tap at Oedipus, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma is salty, with lots of lemon rind, salt, saline, and lacto. Flavour is very salty and lemony, with lemon peel, salt, and dry wheaty notes. Salty, lemony; nothing special but competently made.

Bottle. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are lime, salt, malt, hops and has a light sour finish.

Tap at Oedipus Taproom and brewery, 24th March 2022. Pours a clear light straw. Aroma is fruit and salt. Taste is mellow, light tart, fruit and citrus, salt and yeast on the finish. Nice
