Cask sample @ Kufle i Kapsle, Warsaw. Couleur brune foncée, col épis crémeux café au lait. Arôme est malté, grillé, léger café, caramel, et note bready. avec un houblonné, ici polonais, restant assez neutre et noble. Palais offre une note assez UK dans l’approche des malts pour ce stout. Ce dernier est épais, mais léger, sec et légèrement grillé et foncé. Amertume perce subtilement pour balancer le tout et offre, ici aussi, son côté noble.

Draught, stable dense creamy head, opaque black color, aroma of dark bread and light roasted coffee, dominant aromatic coffee flavor with some roasted notes cakey maltiness and a green tinge, mellow lingering coffee bitterness and light sourness, long mellow coffee aftertaste. Very good, i really liked it.

Tap (Marynka, Wroclaw). Barwa niemal czarna, piany praktycznie nie ma, tylko delikatny bezowy pierscien. Lacing zerowy. Ale za to aromat nie pozostawia zludzen, ze mamy do czynienia z coffee stoutem - jest duza dawka nuty kawowej, ziarna kawy. W smaku bardzo zbieznie - kawa z miniamalnym ale naprawde delikatnym kawskiem. Przy czym posmak pozostaje raczej slodki z mala palona nutka przyjemnie sciagajaca. Piwo pijalne. Kolejny bardzo udany stout z tego browaru.
