25cl draft @ Chmielernia, Warsaw. Couleur ambrée foncée sur un léger voile, col blanc-cassé. Arôme offre un impressionnant et unique bouquet herbacé de menthe. Rétro malté virant sur un léger grillé/pâle. Palais aux notes mentholées offrant un palais très frais en bouche, et assez surprenant pour une bière. Retrouve une fine persistance maltée portant sur malt pâle et caramel. Le tout sur des houblons fleuris et herbacés. Le profile menthe s’inscrit dans une lignée assez claire de ceux qui seront pour et contre.

Quite boldly mint flavoured saison, boldly but masterfully. Very good, balanced, tasty. Also decent saisony barnyardy taste.
