Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto da miele e fruttato. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il mantello birroso superiore è destinato a vita breve. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il piano sottostante offre una visione offuscata. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è poco incisivo. La forza gustativa è normale e la durata è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Il tetto della bocca porta note di miele di castagno, frutta a pasta gialla e agrumi.

Draft sample @ Fiera della Birra, Cesena ’14. Deuxième bière de cette brasserie et deuxième surprise. Sans vraiment m’ébahir devant le style, j’admets que ici, bière au miel ne lésine pas sur le miel. Dorée, col blanc. Arôme est intense au niveau du miel, tout simplement super, très fleuri et aux effluves botaniques. Palais est prononcé de miel donnant un profil unique et qui offre une belle dimension à la bière. Un score peut-être trop élevé mais cette bière à le mérite de changer un peu des nombreuses IPA et autres allemandes qui pullulent en Italie sans vraiment apporter qcq chose de nouveau.

Hazy orange color, small white head. Cardboard, bready, sour, sweetish aroma. Light to medium-bodied, lots of carbonation. Sour, fruity and bready notes in the finish. Probably infected.

Bottle in Genoa, purchased from an Enoteca on the seafront parade. Hazy amber beer, bubbly off white head. Light dry palate, crisp. Bretty farmyard stuff going on alongside creamy citrus. Semi dry finish. Pleasant enough but once again with this brewery I am unsure if this is meant to be sourish.
