Il gusto al naso propende per orzo e speziato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è destinato a vita breve. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido appare opalescente. Il colore è giallo dorato torbido. Il corpo è medio. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Sul palato si attestano sentori di miele e cereali.

Draft sample @ Fiera della Birra, Cesena ’14. Dorée sur légre trouble, col blanc léger. Arôme offre un bouquet enivrant, malt biscuité-pain ponctué par un rétro noble fleuri fort plaisant. Palais est malté surprenant pour une pils. Biscuité, qcq ester en rétro avec une note de banane. Houblonné noble de type Saaz, simple et efficace. Une belle surprise.
