The Ankou on the label (a character from the Breton tradition who comes to pick you up at the time of your death) is surprising and can be explained as follows: at the end of the Vieilles Charrues festival, this beer, just created, has come to miss. The cry of "Mallozh Ruz ar fust 'zo' chu" (which can be translated as "there is no more beer in the keg") was heard, and the next day everyone was asking for Mallozh Ruz. This Bitter-style Ale presents an amber color with gold reflections, a dense foam. The nose is expressive with very pronounced scents of grilled malt, a little honey, a little sweet. There are fruity and caramelized notes on the palate. The bitterness is very present and long.

Bouteille 33cl, BB 14/09/2016 de 5.5%. Courtesy of and shared with Cécile.
