Draught at Il Santo Bevitore, Venezia. Cloudy, dark red to black colored. AROMA- roasted malts, dark chocolate, cocoa cake, a bit earthy. FLAVOR- dry, lightly bitter, roasted, earthy, roasty sourness, chocolate, a bit burnt. Light to medium bodied.

500ml bottle. Quasi black colour with small, average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Chocolately, roasty dark malty, fruity and almost vinous aroma, hints of dark berries and blue grapes. Taste is roasty dark malty, chocolately, fruity notes of dark berries and blue grapes; full body, rich and intense.

At Villagio Della Birra 2015.Black color, big light brown head with lacing. Sweet, roasted, cocoa scent. Sweet, mineral, light metallic taste. Medium mouthfeel, medium bitterness. Roasted aftertaste.

Bouteille 50cl bought @ Fiera della Birra Forli. BB 10/08/2014. Brune au col moyen café au lait. Arôme est agréablement malté et grillé, pointe de caramel et de café. Sur la fin note une petite pointe de mûres. Palais est malté grillé agréable et léger avec une approche très anglaise. Rétro de café, léger moka sur une petite note d’amertume houblonnée sur la fin couplée d’un chocolat léger. Houblonné est léger et apporte juste la pointe nécessaire avec un petit fruité citronné et fleuri.
