Stile Blanche. Dall’aspetto velato e colore giallo paglierino. Brassata con l’utilizzo del nostro malto pils e frumento marchigiano. Le caratteristiche note speziate date dal coriandolo e dal cardamomo la rendono molto fresca e dissetante. Montelago è una linea di birre nata in collaborazione con il “Montelago Celtic Festival”.

Draught @ Gastropuben KICK Malt & Mat, Kristiansand
Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, wheat, yeast, ginger and orange, Taste is light sweet and light bitter with a long wheat, yeasty, fruity and light ginger and bubblegum finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft

On tap at Kick. An unclear pale orange beer with a dense finger thick off-white head. Some lacing. The aroma has a good dash of ginger, with bubble gum, some pale malts and a touch of generic fruityness. It’s thin on the palate, lightly cardboardish, with a low carbonation level. Grainy pale malts, fruityness, bubblegum and ginger in the flavor, with ginger and bubblegum finish. Not very successful this one I think. 160126

330 ml bottle @ Patricks. Hazy yellow body with a rather small white head. Aroma is quite strong spicy with lots of ginger, some oregano and herbs. Quite light and refreshing in flavor with mild wheat, some yeast, strong ginger, spices and herbs. Medium body and spicy aftertaste. A bit special and interesting in the start but ends up a bit sweet and overwhelming.

Patricks 010815. Golden-yellow colour with a white head. Aroma is citrus, wheat, malt, hop. Flavour is coriander, citrus, malt, wheat, malt, hop, pine. OK beer.

Gul tåkete med lavt hvitt skum. Lukter røkt kjøtt? korn og humle. Syrlig smak med en del krydder. Medium kullsyre. syrlig ettersmak også

Draft sample @ Birra Expo’14 Piacenza. Dorée, paille, col épais blanc. Arôme est herbacé, frais avec ce bon bouquet de cardamome et un fruité citronné venant ponctué le tout pour une touche agrume et herbacé. Palais est agréable avec un changement de l’habitude voire lassitude belge avec un usage de cardamome. Possible écorce d’orange sur douceur fruitée et sur la fin une touche citronnée.
