Bottle. Appearance - cloudy golden orange with a big fluffy head. Nose - strawberry jam, light herb. Taste - more of the same. Palate - medium bodied with a creamy texture, the light herbaceousness does something to clean the palate, if not quite enough. Overall - rich and just enough dryness to keep the interest.

19/III/15 - 33cl bottle from Horeca Expo 2014 (Gent) @ home - BB: XII/2015 (2015-387)
Clear orange beer, irregular off-white head, unstable, bit adhesive. Aroma: bit sweet, malty, spicy notes, some overripe banana. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: spicy, cloves, bit soapy, hoppy. Aftertaste: spicy, sweet malts, bit sugary, more spices (rosemary it appears).

Draft sample @ Birra Expo’14 Piacenza.

Bottle from B.O.A., Ostia, bb 4/2014, batch 482
Golden color, hazy; the bottle is gushing. Light aroma of rosemary. Quite good beer, with light rosemary presence, and moderate bitterness.

From bottle at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is vague artichoke and rosemary. Light sweet malty flavoured and dense spiced. Lingering rosemary finish. Strange, yet not offensive.
