Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di orzo tostato e cioccolato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e l'insistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma color marrone castagno non molto persistente. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il colore è come l'inchiostro nero. Il corpo è strutturato ma duttile. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Il finale è felpato, pulito e complesso. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul tetto della bocca si attestano sentori di miele, caffè, frutta secca, pane tostato, luppolo, resina e agrumi.

Bottle at home, 6th May 17. Pours black, great lacey white head. Aroma is liquorice, pear, chocolate. Taste is dark chocolate, pear smoothy, liquorice. Light palate. Nice stuff.

At Villagio Della Birra 2015.Clear dark brown color, small brown head. Sweet, roasted, alcohol scent. Sweet, herbal, spicy taste. Alcohol aftertaste. Malty to full mouthfeel, medium low bitterness.

Draft @ Lambiczoon. Milano. Brune foncée, tirant sur acjou, col beige léger. Arôme est profond au niveau cacao poudreux le tout sur un chocolaté malté léger, bouquet garde néanmoins une petite douceur caramélisée de fruité. Palais offre un profond profil chocolaté avec ce petit côté belge de levure et de sucre brun caramélisé. Pointe d’épice, cara-pâle et grillé avec un ajout orignal de la poire qui laisse ressortir son sucre. Amertume prend le second rôle avec une amertume noble et qui vient un peu ficeler l’expérience fortement axée sur un caractère malté de la bière.

Tap @ Lambiczoon, Milano. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are rich roast malt, chocolate, licorice and hops. Semi dry and bitter finish.

Black color with small creamy head. Mild aroma of roasted malts, a bit perfumy, with late roasted nuts. Smooth mouthfeel; strong flavor of roasted malt, strong bitterness, ashes, a bit boozy (grappa).
