330 ml bottle. Unclear yellow golden body with a huge, fluffy white head. No gusher but the foam is so big and long lasting it’s difficult to drink the beer, even from a wide glass. Not much aroma here, light and delicate aroma of flowers, spices and yeast without being able to identify any particular flavor. Mild and soft flavor, pale malt, flowers, fruit in general and spices, low bitterness. Also here I don’t identify anything particular, I’m reading anise at the label and that might be there, but it did not come to my mind while drinking. Medium body and short aftertaste. About halfway through the bottle I just found this beer tasteless and boring, but it actually crows a bit at my palates. It’s very mild, smooth, soft and subtle, but not bad at all. I might even want to try it again another time.
