hazy golden colour, large, dense ecru-ish head; aroma of grassy, dill, some lemon zesty-lemongrassy, and slight apple peel notes; taste has similar notes to the aroma with quite definite hoppy bitterness; refreshing one!

330 ml bottle, from Gulating Ølutsalg, Stavanger. ABV is 4.2%. Golden colour, only slightly hazy. Moderate to small white head. Aroma of grassy and peppery hops and yeast. Dry and crisp flavour, hops and yeast again with notes of grass and white pepper.

ABV: 4.2%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light grain, moderate hoppy, flowers, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, fruity hops, pale malt, flowers, thin. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200802]

Il gusto al naso si incammina verso il fruttato e lo speziato. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma ha una discreta resistenza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. L'aspetto del liquido è nuvoloso. La carbonazione è media, morbida e persistente. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato non pesante. L'amaro è deciso. L'intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul palato si depositano percezioni di miele, cereali, frutta secca, luppolo e resina.

Draft @ Fiera della birra di Forli ’14. Dorée, col blanc moyen. Arôme est fruité houblonné-fruité assez léger ponctué par un malté basique offrant une petite note caramel et grains. Palais est citronné, fruité pour une amertume agréable fruitée tirant vers des agrumes houblonnées américaines. Pointe de malté pâle voire pils? c’est d’ailleurs ce profil qui semble dominer le palais.
