Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso riconosce pane nero e affumicato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la continuità olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma color marrone chiaro ha una discreta resistenza. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida.Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto. L'intensità gustativa è normale. La costanza gustativa è sufficiente. Sulla lingua si depositano sentori di crosta di pane, cioccolato, nocciole tostate e agrumi.

Draft @ Fiera della birra di Forli ’14. Ambrée, col blanc cassé. Arôme est fort appréciable, et je dirai même grandiose dans son jeu des malts qui offrent des effluves de café au lait et léger chocolat. Rétro-nasal offre des notes fruitées houblonnées. Palais offre un malté copieux sur beau profil de café allant ici aussi vers un café au lait voluptueux presque moka. Amertume provient à la fois du houblon et de ce fini torréfié. Au pire je ne trouve pas cette dernière comme une bitter anglaise, mais l’effet en bouche est satisfaisant.
