Gold with a medium head. Aroma is heavy on citrus. Flavour is fruity, lemon on a grainy base, citrus jiff finish.

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours fairly hazy dark gold with moderate white foam, medium grain. Aroma is weakly aromatic and malty. Body is avatar with marked carbonation. Taste is moderately sweet with decent bitterness (for an APA). Finish is average.

On tap @ Artigiano in Fiera 2015, Milano. Il cappello di schiuma a bollicine fini contorna il bicchiere di una schiuma dal pizzo rilevante. Sotto la frizzantezza è data da bollicine fini. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato ma duttile. L’amaro è deciso. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è appagante. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono luppolate. Il finale è lungo e pulito. Il naso riporta sentori di agrumi, resina e frutta secca.

Draft @ Fiera della Birra di Ferrara, Nov 2013. Dorée, col blanc. Arôme est houblonné sur un bouquet généreux citronné et autres agrumes; pamplemousse et houblons US. Palais est aussi agréablement bien houblonné, citronné rappelant le Limoncello, citronné vert et fini herbacé Léger fleuri, note résineuse, pamplemousse, fruits de la passion et papaye, sympa.

Ambrato scarico bella schiuma piuttosto persistente discreto agrumato non molto corpo cereale discreto amaro leggermente ambrata poca schiima agrumato leggero florealevloeve frutta esotica amaro medio discreto corpo
