Old rating from 2017 - 330ml bottle from the brewery, pours amber with a white head. Aromas & tastes of grapefruit, orange, mango, flora, spice, grain & yeast. Moderate body. Slight tart finish

From tap at Moeder Lambic. Pours hazy orange with a huge white head. Aroma is peachy hoppy, light herbal note. Greasy hoppy, peachy and dry grapefruity. Dry and almost herbal finish.

Vollmundig grasig hopfiger Antrunk, dunkles Getreide. Etwas rauchig, die Hopfigkeit sinkt leicht. Das Roggenaroma ist überdeutlich, sehr gut. 12/12/10/12/9/12

Pression. Orangée trouble, col épais crémeux beige. Arôme est fruité, léger avec un bouquet de grains est en légère dominance. Amertume herbacée des houblons perce légèrement laissant une impression de feuilles de thé vert - Early Grey. Palais est houblonné, pointe d’épice venant du seigle. Houblon de pamplemousse moyen, citronné, léger aiguille de pin. Palais garde ce côté seigle, grain sec et poussiéreux avec un petit côté Galena. Impression d’houblonnage à cru. Le tout reste sympa avec juste ce profil grains qui finit par dominer.
