355ml can. Slightly cloudy golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly fruity hoppy aroma has cautious notes of mango, passion fruit, biscuit malt background. Taste is minimally bitter hoppy, minimally fruity, also some hop with a slightly metallic touch.

Can from Drinkmonger. Hazy golden body with a medium white head. Average carbonation. Nice lacing. Grapefruit, orange marmalade, pine and fresh green hops. Lovely balance of flavour - caramel and blood orange. Nice bitterness. Medium body with an oily mouthfeel. Soft carbonation. An excellent Pale Ale. Really subtle and well balanced.

Can at home, August 1st 2013, warm up to IPA day. This is ok, nothing special, fairly weak aromas and taste, but still drinkable

355ml can from Appellation Wines. Pours dark golden with a nice substantial head, which hangs about. The nose is really interesting - not as fresh citrus as you’d expect, more into the sweeter side, perhaps even marmalade. There’s also a rose water thing. The taste is more of the same and the rose water is confirmed as Turkish delight. Very interesting. The palate has a medium body, with a creamy texture and a nice refreshing finish. Overall, very balanced indeed - everything I’ve had from this brewer shows they take the ultimate care.

Draft @ Hoppy Loft.
