Bottled (backlog). Golden colour with a mediumsized longlasting white head. Aroma is fruity, herbal, some mild spices, alchohol and mild sweet malts. Flavour is sweet malts, caramel, some floral and herbal notes with mild spices and alcohol. Smooth.

Clear blond beer, small creamy off-white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: fruity, sourish, overripe banana, bit sugary, spicy touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet, fruity, yeast, lots of banana. Aftertaste: bit sourish, orange peel, slightly bitter, bit oxidized, sweet notes, floral touch.

Bouteille 33cl. Dorée, blanche. Arôme, malté, une note de levure avec fleur de houblon laissant un nez citronné. En bouche, une bière solide mais que je trouve juste en dessous de la version brune. Un profile malt/caramel avec du sucre brun auquel on découvre aussi qcq notes de houblon laissant une fine amertume au fini. Le malt donne quant à lui une touche de biscuité avec une fine note de levure. On retrouve aussi un aspect fruité venant du houblon.
