Dorada consistentemente nebulosa. Espuma blanca no muy abundante pero de buena retención. Rico aroma agradablemente lupulado con notas florales y herbales. En boca es muy sabrosa con una base de intenso sabor a caramelo y delicado contrapunto de notas lupuladas, ligeramente resinosas, frutales t florales. Amargor medio, sedosa en boca.

On tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of Belgian yeast, floral hops, and a touch of pine. Flavour is dry and bitter, with some spiciness from the Belgian yeast, floral hops, and bready malt. Maltier for a Belgian IPA, but it’s a spicy, floral finish. Very good.

On tap at Moeder Lambic Fonteinas. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Pine and yeast on the nose. Flavour has dry pine, spicy Belgian yeast, caramel malts. Very nice.

Hazy ambery golden with a small white head. Aroma of citrus fruits, yeast, tropical fruits, caramel, light spices and plenty of hops. Flavour is moderate fruity sweetness, hoppy. Finish is dry, yeasty and hoppy bitterness. Remarkable balanced, wonderful marriage of Belgian fruity/spicy and IPA hopbitterness.

Color amarillo anaranjado claro, muy turbia, copiosa corona de espuma blanca, cremosa, de excelente retención. Delicioso aroma a flores, levadura, cereal, cítricos, fruta de hueso...sencillamente sublime. En boca entra finamente amarga, frutal, con marcada presencia de lúpulo y levadura saison, notas de pomelo amargo, hierba seca, paja...Sin duda una Belgian IPA de alto nivel, con un aspecto en copa magnifico y cuyo aroma destaca como el mejor de sus atributos.

Bottle from Foeders, drunk watching Skyfall. Mostly clear gold, huge and lasting light-cream head. Subtle citrus nose with hints of spicy grain. The flavor is full and fresh farmhouse fields, a caramel tease with dry and smooth herbal / traditional earthy bitterness.

On tap at Moeder Lambic, Brussels on 28th January 2024. Clear amber with shallow whitish foam and full lacing. Bitter herbs and citrus zest in aroma. Zesty citrus liquid with mild spiciness. A finish of lemon and grapefruit peel. Light body and a zingy mouthfeel.

330ml bottle from RusBeerShop in Moscow. Pours gold with a tall white head. Aroma is floral, citrus, malt. Taste is dry, floral hops, green hops, citrus. Medium bitter finish.
