An ale made with organic brown rice. Very drinkable and quenching! The taste is super clean, almost lager like, with a hint of spiciness and clean nutty brown rice finish. NOT a Gluten Free Beer! Perfect for late afternoon picnic or a barbeque going long into the night. Color is light.
Grains: Ultra Premium Maris Otter Malt, Briess 6-Row Malt, Organic Brown Rice, and Caramel Malt.
Hops: Mt. Hood, Saaz, Willamette

22oz bottle pours a clear orange with one ring of white head. Nose is honey, vegetal, carrots. Flavor is kind of gross, garbage, rotten cabbage, a little bitterness. Medium bodied, gross finish.

Bomber from Beer Run in Charlottesville, VA, opened 4/26/11. Pours a clear amber color with a medium sized creamy white head. Decent head retention and lacing. Aroma of rice, floral hops and faint nutty notes. The taste is very much similar with a bit of apple and caramel as well. Medium bodied. Decent beer.

22oz bottle. Poured a clear light copper color with a small, thin head. Aroma was grain notes, like brown rice (went well with my brown rice sushi I ate). Flavor was a touch of brown rice, mild, a bit like a lager. Not too bad, but nothing spectacular.

22oz Bottle thanks to Sam. Pours out golden topped with a small white head. Aroma was of toast malts, grain, and a little hop. Taste was pretty much as the aroma mostly toast malts and a little hop.

Bomber courtesy of douglas88. Pours orange/copper with off white head. The aroma is spicy with yeast and then moving toward an apricot to apple like fruitiness. The taste begins spicy then it picks up grains, apple, pear and apricot. Interesting stuff and easy drinkn’s too.
