Bottled, thanks baggio! Hazy amber, small head. Aroma of honey and grapefruit. Very sweet with peppery alcohol and caramel. Full bodied with rounded mouthfeel, notes of ripe fruits and honey. Warming finish with some white pepper.

Courtesy of an amazing trader I’ve been lucky enough to encounter. Bomber pours deep clear copper with off white head. The aroma has an initial modest pulse of dark fruity esters and molasses but then quickly heads into bourbon, some oak and mild heat at the end of the draw. The taste is smooth and sweet with esters like apricot, pear and prune and then picking up caramel moving into fairly smooth bourbon and faint wood like notes. Smooth yummy brew that will only improve with cellar time.

thanks to Ibrew2or3-Tampa Weekly Gathering @BT Wesley Chapel-22oz bottle-pours a foamy white head and amber color. Aroma is sweet malt, spice hops. Taste is bourbon/wood, sweet medium malt-caramel, spice hops. Good effervescence. Still a bit hot, but nice.

Bouteille partagée avec Ibrew2or3. cuivre avec un arôme de caramel et malt, j’y note un nez ayant des notes de fruits tropicaux et de pamplemousse le tout suivi par du malt et caramel. Fine aigreur venant peut-être du tonneau de chêne et de bourbon. Je pense que ce barley wine est peut-être un peu trop jeune, et avec le temps le profile un peu houblon s’estompera.

Bomber from Largiari. Nose is toffee, light oaky vanilla, and a bit of floral hops. Hazy copper with a small beige head. Flavor is light bourbon, light bitterness, and toffee.

Pour bright amber into a snifter. Off-white head quickly recedes to nothing. Vanilla and bourbon aromas. Thin with oak and bourbon upfront turning to vanilla and back to oak in the lasting finish.
