a solid DIPA. nothing extroadinary, but its solid. nice citric hops, some sweet grassy notes, grapefruit, and a touch of skunky oily hops. Flavor is nice and bitter great hop flavors of citrus, and a decent malt balance. a really solid good fix for my hop withdrawls. up here in no hops land i really appreciate a beer like this.

Bottle thanks to Kevin. Pours a clear amber with small off white head. The aroma is floral hop and pine. Medium mouth with a strong hop bite, resin, citrus, hides alcohol well, very good.

Hazy orange with huge off-white foamy head. Nose is pine and grapefruit with some caramel hiding in the background. Modestly sweet start with a good buildup of bitter citrus and some pear for balance. Medium oily mouth with a dry finish. Well balanced.

In my chalice, it pours a hazy golden orange with a small white half inch head that immediately settles to a film and dies right into the body leaving some white bubbles along the rim of the chalice. The smell is sweet with a nice citrusy/hoppy profile coming fairly strong. The taste has a pretty good combination between the grapefruit and the caramel malt. The palate is about a medium with a decent sticky feel on the mouth and the tongue. It also has a slightly dry aftertaste. I would say this is mostly drinkable. Overall, this is an above average Double IPA, though not a stand-out for its style, I would still have this again.

Bottle: Poured a clear amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma consists of light floral hops with some medium citrus notes. Taste is also a good mix between some floral hops with some citrus notes thrown in. Body is somewhat below average with good carbonation. Not bad but missing some hops punch to compete with the greats.

Draft - Sweet grapefruit hops with lots of fruit and a bit of spice. Clear amber with a thick but minimal head. Grapefruit and fruit with resin and finishes chalky and bitter. The finish is a bit too much and really gums up the palate. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

22 oz. bottle from Bert’s. Bottle sat in cellar for about 3 or 4 months, just getting around to it. Yet again no date can be found. Brewers should make a point to add a date. Stamp something, somewhere. Orange/ yellow hazy color. Ok, thin white head. Traces of lace. Some notes of grapefruit and pine resin flavors, the finish is dry and hoppy, and very short finish. Caramel malt with some cracker elements. Mild toffee. The body is light leaning to medium while the carbonation is soft. I don’t pick up any ABV. But… the question now is how old is this bottle? With all things considered, still decent.
