On tap at Bold City. It poured clear deep gold with thin white head. The aroma is mostly floral hops with some spice in the background. The taste is a bit bright with spice hops moving into floral hops and a modest level of sweet malts and wheat. It is concluded by a dry nearly refreshing sensation along with a lingering sense of sweet light skinned fruity esters.

Amber colour. Spicy rye with some caramel. Spicy, slightly chewy rye note. Good balance. This showcases the rye very well. It’s a good session beer, definitely on the easy drinking side of things, with just a moderate level of bitterness.

Draft at brewery. Pale yellow, cloudy. Light lemon nose and flavors. Wheaty and zesty. Semi-dry finish is almost empty. Unremarkable but drinkable.
