On tap at Mellow Mushroom. Pours a clear orange with a medium frothy head. The aroma is sweet hops and pine with a little toasted malts and wheat. The flavor is very bitter, but with a fairly balance malt profile. The palate is sticky and astringent, with a lingering bitter finish. Overall, a flavorful beer, but not subtle or complex.

An amber ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, malty with faint hops, light chalky notes. In mouth, a nutty malt with faint German hops, like a Vienna. Boring. On tap at Mellow Mushroom Winter Park, Jan. 7 2011.

on tap at MM, pours gold with a thin white head. Aroma is skunky with lots of earthy grass notes. Flavor is off, metallic grain and thin hop bitterness. Not very good.

Tap, MM, Tampa. Pours golden, white head. Hoppy aroma, notes of citrus. Taste was light and enjoyable, some bitter hops, citrus presence with light malts. Not too complex, easy and straight forward. Not horrible but for a house brew, 5$ a pint was a little steep.
