Mirrwinter is ons winterbier. Mirrwinter is Twents voor kerst, vandaar de toepasselijke kerstster. Zoals gebruikelijk bij ons geldt een bier waarop de bomen van de mageler es staan als een signaal voor een bier dat afwijkt van de standaardbieren.

Mirrwinter is een warm donkerrood bier om te drinken voor de open haard. Dit bier is volzoet en, maar we zijn de hop zeker niet vergeten! Een bijzonder bier met waar zoet en bitter vechten om een plaats Jenerverbessen bij het eind van het brouwproces maken het geheel af.

Bottle at Winterbierfestival, Gouda: Copper coloured brew with an fruity taste and sticky mouthfeel, and sweetbitter finish.

Bottle, bought @ the brewery. Dark brown color. Vinous maltaroma with orange peels and nutmeg. Malty sweet, spicy flavor with orange peels, nutmeg, cinnamon and pear drups. Toffee. Warming winter ale for sweet tooths.

Aroma: Bread, malt, fruit, some caramel.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Malt, caramel, fruit, spices.

Bottled. A hazy red beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, fruits, and a bit of alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, alcohol, and fruit, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle@Tuesday Taphouse Share, Copenhagen - Amber brown pour with off white head. Aroma and taste is sweet and toasty malty, some dried fruity action, caramel and toffee sweetness going on, slight spices, sweet malty boozy finish. Nice.

33 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden amber ith a small white head. Aroma is breadish, slight herbal. Toasted malty. Mild herbal, yeasty and toasted malty. Bitter and toasted, medium dry finish.

Hazy brown colour. Aroma is a bit spicy, yeasty. Tastes very smooth with ample sweet malts and a light, spicy finish.

Bottled. Rubyish amber colour (close to copper) with a mediumsized beige foamy/creamy head. Aroma is sweet ripe fruits, mild toffee, red berries and also has some nectary and syrupy notes to it. Flavour is toffee, burnt sugar, nectar, spices and some mild berries as well.

Bottle shared by Miro at Behind The Hills 2014 Autumn Edition. Dark brown color with medium light-beige head. Caramel malt, butterscotch in aroma. Caramel, coffee, chocolate, herbal hops, fruity notes. good.
