12oz bottle from Pick’s poured into a shaker. Pours a hazy golden yellow with 2 fingers of white head. Heavy aroma of hops and some light grain. Taste is lightly bitter. Kinda skunky. Nice hop taste though. Medium bodied with a thick yet slick texture. Fizzy carbonation and not much of a finish. Overall, not bad. Kinda pricey for an average beer though. I would drink it again, if I could find it for 6 bucks per 6er instead of 10.

Sample at The Royale in St. Louis as part of "The Funk" Tuesday beer tasting. The beer is a clear golden color with a thin white head that burns away to a film eventually. Thin strings of lacing. Mildly spiced hops aroma that has some grainy malt notes. Light body with flavors of bready malt, grain and herbal hops. The finish is sweet and grainy with a short mild hops aftertaste. Just average overall.

Hazy straw-yellow body, thin off-white head. Grassy, lemony nose, soapy and herbal. The body has firm bite, with grassy hops and lemony citrus. Bitter, herbal finish. Surprisingly refreshing on winter’s warmest day.

Bottle courtesy of sebletitje. Pours straw gold with micro thin off white head. The aroma is grainy malts, sweet malts and vague hops that hint toward citrus. The taste starts with a nice hoppiness moving into grainy malts and sweet malts. The mix of varied malt notes and hops makes for a very pleasing Pilsner.

courtesy of rrg1gb as extras. Pours golden, white head. Aroma of sweet corn and hops. Taste of floral hops, corn, light malts and caramel with some grains. The aroma makes up for the boring taste.

Bottle from Friar Tuck in St. Louis. Golden color with a large finely bubbled head. Lots of grassy hop in the aroma, with perhaps some light bread beneath. Body is medium; carboation is frothy. Flavor is nicely grassy bitter, with some malt - hops 1, malt less than 1. It has a nice clean bitter finish. Does somewhat resemble a Bohemian product. Quite like the ending.

Found a six pack of bottles of this at a local liquor store. Pour is a bright yellow with a foamy white head. Aroma is distant but some slight sweet malts. Flavor is better. Some crisp hop along with a decent amount of bready malts. It a decent simple, easy going pils.
