750ml bottle. Cloudy, dark yellow-ish, golden colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Funky yeasty, fruity, tart-ish aroma, notes of unripe yellow stone fruit, hints of grass and hay, brett-like yeastyness, unspecific fruitiness. Taste is tart-ish, funky yeasty, minimally wheaty malty, unspecific fruity, notes of unripe yellow stone fruit, some rhubarb, gooseberry, a touch of grass, hay, lime peel. Very harmonious and balanced, mild. Very nice.

Bottle shared with the KL Tasting Crew. Poured a hazy golden colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is yeasty, big zesty citrus. The flavour is moderate sour, with a light, crisp, fresh, fruity, big yeasty palate. Medium bodied with light to moderate carbonation. Nicely balanced and not overly sour.

Bottle. Deep gold with a white head that fades to a coat. 3+ Aroma is funky with apricots and feral lemon, bread crust. There's a moderate but deep sourness along with bready sweetness as well as a zesty top note.A little bitterness at the dry and woody end. Very good. --- Beer merged from original tick of Salt and Wood Saison de Terroir on 30 Dec 2018 at 12:36 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8.
