The typical latvian caraway croissant reborn as a beer. The licorice like caraway is supported with the citrusy grassiness of Aramis hops. These are embraced by the fluffy sweetness of 3/4 wheat malt that will bring you into a tastescape of a bakery, with a lingering spiciness of caraway in the aftertaste.

From Alk-Outlet shop. Re-rate based on the checklist. Old score: 7/3/7/3/16=3,6 (Tap) Smell- weak, wheat, quite non-specific. Foam- thin, citrus, wheat, it acidic, malt. Huge white head. Sticks a bit. Appearance- brewer bottle cap, simple bottle. Clear-ish yellow color, weak active carbonation. From- weizen glass Taste - wheat, sweet, flour, citrus, malt. Sweet, kind of, a bit of odd aftertaste to it. But still perfectly drinkable. Seemed better on tap.

Bottle. Pours cloudy amber. Aroma is lemon grass, citric hops, some phenols, banana. Body is medium, fizzy carbonation, softly sweet, a bit wheaty phenolic. Oily and some minerals. Sweetish. Good, yet a bit bland.

Bottle at home after a long day of labour. Hazy pale golden with white head. Sweet and dry wheat, light fruity and some floral soapy aromatic notes, bready, doughy and yeasty, white pepper or radishes, fennel, anise, weird herbs & spices. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body, malty slick feel, dry finish. Original as always.

Draft at Spunka. Cloudy pale yellow color. Aroma of carroway seeds. Taste is rye bread with carroway seeds, lots and lots of seeds. Can't drink a lot of this one.

Pours uncelar blonde. Small white head. Smell is gummy bear fruityness, wheat. Thick. Taste is sharp, bit bitter , herbal, bit like a meal. Quite full, good body and medium carbo. Not too shabby.
