Tap at Dynamo, Brussels, 4th February 2020. Pours a light yellow, aroma is floral, herbal, tart and fruit. Taste is refreshing, tart light floral, sour fruit or I suppose herbs in this case? Not a Yarrow eater, it’s a really interesting and enjoyable beer.

Draft sample directly from tank @ La Source Taproom.

Tap at the brewery opening. Very cold. Light sourness, seems to be nof only lactic, also a bit acetic. Since I dont know what yarrow tastes like, it is hard to draw any conclusions. However it does taste assertively herbal, evocating a flowery meadow, even if not so strongly though. Balanced, drinkable. Good, I'd say.
