Clear pale blond beer, big creamy white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very malty, grains, cow fodder, bit herbal, slightly fruity. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very bitter, pretty malty, grains, cow fodder, bit watery, some grapefruit, little lemony. Aftertaste: malty, grains, some cow fodder, slightly sweet, hoppy finish.

Tasting sample from tap shared 13. 12. 2019 with Bierridder_S @ La Source . F: big, white, good retention. C: straw, light hazy. A: herbal, floral, orange, tangerine, grapes. T: orange fruity, tangerine, mellow fruity, caramel, bit grapes, biscuits, soft carbonation, very good, enjoyed.

13/12/2019 - draught tasting glass @La Source Taproom, shared with rubin77. Clear blonde, small sticky head. Nose is herban candy. Taste is bitter, grainy.

Draft sample directly from tank @ La Source Taproom. Dorée, col blanc épais. Arôme au bouquet plaisant, classique sur des houblons américains côte ouest - c-hops? agrumes et pamplemousse avec léger effet de pin et finement épicée. Malt reste en retrait. Palais léger, apport finement belge à la base, touche verte herbacé, Chinook et Sorachi belges, petite note terreuse, agrumes et léger pin. Le caractère houblonné est léger et en retrait qui rappelle fortement les grandes classiques californiennes.

Tap at the brewery opening. Not as hoppy as one might expect. Rather nuanced, carefuly balanced, very easy drinking. Flowery, spicy, but also subtly fruity from the hops. Very good.
