Bishops FRESH is an exclusive version we did for pub chain The Bishops Arms in Sweden. Heavy on Ekuanot hops giving those melon, berry, orange peel, lime, papaya, pine and fresh peppers flavors.

Keg @ Bishop's Avenyn. Hazy yellow pour with a white head. Fruity nose with pineapple, papaya, lychee & grass. Sweet, tiny bitter, fruity & grassy taste. Soft, round & tiny astringent mouthfeel. Draught (Bishops Arms, Stockholm) - Hazy golden with a small head. Hop resins and some slightly oniony notes in the aroma. Hoppy taste with lemon, grapefruit and pineapple detected.

Tap@Bishops Arms Savoy - Golden pour with white head. Tropical citrus furity with some nice fruity notes of mango, pineapple, sweet malty backing, hoppy medium bitter finish. Very nice.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow. Small white head. Aroma is grapefruity and citrusy hoppy. Bitter, smooth fruity. Peachy and crisp hoppy. Mellow. Fruity and slight peachy. Hoppy finish.

Biskoppen Vasagatan. Jag brukar inte betygsätta annat än Dipor men fan denna ipa 7,5% är ju jävligt god. Måste hedras . Doftar fantastiskt av gröna äpplen och melon. I munnen medelfyllig Dipa höll jag på skriva. Det är ju nästan Dipa. Men jävligt fyllig ipa kan man säga. Lite dov tung samtidigt fräsch i munnen. Påminner om riktigt bra amerikanska Weast coast ipa. Eftersmak av päron och massor nektariner. Här har vi INTE nån menlös torr efterbeska likt känt Helsingborg bryggeri utan här full smak. Medelhårt kolsyrad. Jättegod Dipa/ipa . (Ok nu har jag druckit upp och måste sänka betyg ett steg då det bubblar runt i munnen för myckrt kolsyra tyvär

On tap at Bishops Arms, Sundbyberg. Hazy golden with a white head. Fresh with hops, citrus, mango and light malt. The body was medium. A refreshing one.
