Bottle sample @ BBB. Pours cloudy orange with no head. Smell i fruity, musty and funky with sourdough crackers, white bread, musty ripe almost noble rot like grapes, moist wood, leather, minerals, hay, barnyard, blue cheese, sherry and hints of pineapple, vanilla, diesel fuel and alcohol. Taste is tiny sour, very tiny bitter, fruity and funky. Mouthfeel is flat, oily, dry, tannic astringent, tiny tart, tiny boozy and medium bodied. Finish is tiny sour and very tiny bitter with sourdough crackers, noble rot grapes, hay, moist wood, minerals, barnyard, leather, diesel fuel and lemon zest. Smells like an amazing luxurious desert wine. Taste is dry, complex and very vinous. Right on the border between beer and wine. Really cool and damn good!
