Bottle thanks to Bursprak. Pours hazy deep red. Aromas of blueberries, yoghurt, lactic tartness, lemon zest, light vinegar. Taste is blueberries, oaky, vanilla, yoghurt, a weird tomato sauce thing going on. Pretty good, but not as good as some of the other bu’s I’ve had.

Sample from bottle at Hoof Hearted during the Party At The Gutt's vs. Quit Yer Fussin' - Dual Can Release event on 03/17/2019. The beer is a clear dark reddish-purple color with a medium pinkish-white head that burns away steadily to a wispy film. Strings of lace on the glass. Aroma of blueberry, oak, wheat and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of mildly tart and funky blueberries, oak, wheat and doughy malt. The finish is tart and oaky with a lingering blueberry aftertaste. Good beer all around.

Thanks Huhzubendah for sharing the bottle! Poured into a taster showing moderately filtered blueberry blue with white foam lacing. The nose shows lightly tart but fruit forward notes of blueberry. The palate is light bodied and highly carbonated. Highly tart with blueberry forward flavors and a very lightly acetic finish. Perfectly balanced. Another beautiful de Garde beer.

Bottle. Pours very hazy magenta, large white-pink head, fizzy and quick to dissipate, decent lacing. Aroma is funky, berries, sour mash. Flavor is medium tart, light plus funk, berries, sour mash, hints of oak tannins. Medium light body, high carbonation. Yum. Wife loved this one as well.

Bottle sample in the Blåbær line courtesy of Burspak. Thanks man! Pours very hazy bluish red with a small bluish pinkish white head that leaves som trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity with crackers, cereal, lemon juice, blueberries, yoghurt, moist wood, hay, minerals and lemon zest. Taste is heavy sour and fruity. Mouthfeel is dry, tart, mouth-puckering, fruit skin astringent and light to medium bodied. Finish is heavy sour with crackers, lemon juice, lime juice, blueberries, hay, dry soil and lemon zest. Very sour! That and the fruit skin astringency makes this rather hard to drink. Tasty nonetheless packed full with blueberries...

Bottle thanks to Phil. Pours a cloudy purple with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is strong blueberry, oak, funk. Thin mouthfeel with strong sourness, blueberry, oak, really enjoyed this.
