Sample from 33 cl. bottle. Clear, amber-golden colour with a huge, white head. Fruity aroma with citrus, pale malts and cooked vegetables. Taste is lightly bitter. Light body with a thin feel and a lively carbonation. Finishes dry and slightly fruity. Overly carbonated. Again.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear amber with a rough, white head - very fizzy. Yeasty, malty nose. Thin body, yeast and carbonation and nothing much more. Very poor. 310115

Bottle bought @ Hemköp Majorna. Pours very hazy reddish amber with a big creamy goldenish beige head that slowly dissipates while leaving some thick trace on the glass. Smell is malty and tiny fruity with dark bread, caramel, raisins, moist grass and orange zest. Taste is bitter, very tiny sour, slightly malty, slightly grassy and tiny fruity with dark bread, caramel, pink grapefruit juice, moist grass, dried pine needles, prunes, moist soil, minerals, black tea and orange zest. Mouthfeel is dry, astringent and light bodied. Finish is bitter with dark bread, grapefruit juice, moist grass, moist soil, dried pine needles, minerals, black tea and orange zest. A very succesfull low abv beer whose flavours can stand against most robust dishes. As this beer warms it becomes another story I’m afraid. Rather clean flavours turn to a messier grainy red apple tasting beer. Not as good as cold but still works.
