Can. Pours golden and quite clear, little head. Aroma is extremely fruity, especially lemon and lime. Grapefruit. Medium body. Flavour is acidic and slightly sweet. Light malt, lime and lemon creaminess. Lovely.

33cl can to go @ La Source taproom - bue à la maison.
Verse assez trouble dorée-paille, col épais crémeux blanc.
Arôme est fruité tropical - note d'agrumes assez marqué. Pointe de houblon frais en rétro. Retour de citron vert en rétro.
Palais est finement acidulé - note fruitée en retrait un peu tropical rappelant la mangue, note de fruit à noyaux.
Petite rondeur de grains en fin de bouche. Citrique modéré, touche de pomelo et citron vert sur influence de brett et léger rétro fleuri.

Secret Santa 2019, danke an poech73. Trocken säuerlicher Beginn. Milder Hopfen, deutliche Bitterkeit. Die Säure steigt leicht an, Noten von Zitrus und etwas Laktose. Hohe Süffigkeit, fein bitter-säuerlicher Abgang, nach wie vor trocken im Hintergrund. 11/10/9/10/11/10

33cl can (5,6%, IBU 15) from La Source (BBF: 30/10/2020) as my #2300 Belgian beer. F: medium, white, good retention. C: pale gold, milky hazy. A: fresh light sour fruity, citrus, lime, passion fruits, orange, pine resin, lactic, floral. T: light citrus sour fruity, floral, orange, pine, bit passion fruits, very refreshing feeling, soft carbonation, very good balanced, fully enjoyed.

Tap at the brewery opening. Pretty tasty. Easy drinking, lightly sour, cleanly lactic, working well with the med-high bitterness. Fruity citrusy tropical character, pretty good. Could be more intense though.
